Sicamous, BC - August 17, 1999 - Digital Rez Software Corporation and Ticketmaster Online-CitySearch of Pasadena CA, today announced an agreement for Digital Rez to provide exclusive access to its latest suite of reservation software technology to Ticketmaster Online-CitySearch. The company will also be making an equity investment in Digital Rez and will leverage Digital Rez's software development house to assist in further evolving these leading reservation tools for its own customer base.
The Digital Rez system, ROS2000 is an advanced, comprehensive reservation and management software application that enables businesses to manage reservation inventory online. It can be used in a number of business environments including resorts, marinas, hotels, restaurants, condo rentals, golf courses, car services, and charter operations. Through this partnership, CitySearch will be able to offer reservation-enabling technology to its customers as well as integrate with other online reservation systems.

As a result of this partnership, a broad range of reservations will be available directly and seamlessly to Ticketmaster Online - CitySearch users and customers in a variety of ways. Customers will be able to utilize the reservation services before the end of the year by accessing reservations directly as well as through location listings and custom Web sites within the city guides.
